After their debut, “Jazz Report From The Hood”, Omasta return with their second album, “Hits Different” – and you’ll witness its premiere performance in the Tricity.

The new record develops the language forged on the debut, pushes it into new territory and shifts the band’s perspective – from main characters to narrators of the story being told.

In just one year, Omasta went from unknown musicians from Kraków to one of the most recognisable jazz-adjacent bands in Europe. More than 100 concerts – in Poland and on stages in the UK, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Romania, Turkey and Estonia – gave them not only stage experience but, above all, hundreds of hours spent together on the road, on stage and off it.

“Hits Different” is the next stage of that journey – the result of experiences that happened not only in the studio, but above all between the musicians over hundreds of hours spent together.
