This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of Users of the website available at www.scenamonk.com (hereinafter: “Website”).
Our aim is to ensure that Website Users enjoy a level of privacy protection at least equal to that required by applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.

In connection with your use of the Website, we may process the following data:
• data provided voluntarily in the contact form: name, e-mail address and message content,

The Website and the controller’s services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

4. Ticket purchases — third party
Tickets are sold via Going (Goingapp.pl / Meta Platforms Poland sp. z o.o.).
The controller does not process data relating to payments or user accounts on the Going platform.
A separate privacy policy, available from the ticket sales operator, applies to purchases.
5. Data recipients
Data may be shared with:
• authorised employees of the controller,
• IT and hosting service providers (Webflow, Cloudflare),
• analytics and marketing providers:
• Google LLC (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA),
• Meta Platforms Inc. (Meta Pixel, if enabled),
• social media operators, if the User follows links leading outside the Website,
• authorities entitled under the law.
We do not transfer data to third countries without appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
6. Data retention period
• Contact form data — until the communication ends, and at most for the limitation period for claims.
• Marketing data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.
• Statistical data — in line with the cookie lifecycle or until you object.

• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time (newsletter / cookies).
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint about the processing with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Providing data is voluntary, but if you do not provide an e-mail address in the contact form, we may be unable to reply.
