About the concert

‍

Niechęć are a bit like you or me on a gloomy winter Monday: deftly combining rage and melancholy.

Gdańsk will never lean towards the closing credits as beautifully as on this March evening. After a sold-out concert at Scena MONK last spring, Niechęć return to Garncarska Street with their album ‘Reckless Things’ (2025), on which their jazz roots flirt with trance-like rhythms and synthesisers while keeping their thoroughly improvisational, cinematic character. Reckless Things made many of last year’s best-of lists, including 3rd place in Gazeta Wyborcza’s editors’ ranking.

But in today’s world Niechęć keep transforming and growing, so besides the albums you already know, expect new sounds and new material too. Get ready for a long evening: a two-and-a-half-hour set, gallons of sweat and a heart left on the stage.

PS. Fans have been begging the band for a vinyl debut for years. In response, the band announces a special limited, numbered edition that will be available only at concerts.
