About the concert

hoshii – a character created by Kuba Więcek – is a visitor from the distant planet Versus. On the artist’s second album (HER NAME IS YUMI, 2025), this cosmic universe gains a new heroine: Yumi (Japanese for “beautiful dream”). It is she who brings hoshii down to Earth when the weariness of cosmic emptiness becomes unbearable.

And it is to Yumi that hoshii’s latest live concept – LOVE THERAPY – is dedicated.

Forget the classic setlist. The band bases its performance on pure improvisation, following intuition and emotion on stage. The whole show blurs the line between waking and dreaming, with soundscapes taking shape in your imagination in real time. 

Musically, expect a mix of ambient, space and organic sounds, with electronics flowing seamlessly into live instruments. 

As David Byrne said from the stage at his last Open’er performance: “love and kindness are a form of resistance”. LOVE THERAPY is exactly that kind of resistance: an escape from overstimulation towards closeness with yourself.
