About the concert

‍

Bibobit – the crew that will hand Scena MONK over to jazz and funk for one March evening.

This time Bibobit take a ‘Wdech’ (Breath In). Their eagerly awaited album from last October, featuring guest Kuba Badach, develops Bibobit’s signature style: a fusion of jazz, funk, electronics and hip-hop with a strong message and the energy fans know well from their concerts.

Wdech is music pulsing with groove, but also full of reflection – on relationships, finding balance in the rush of everyday life, and appreciating the small moments that mean a lot.

Frontman and vocalist Daniel Moszczyński said of the album in an interview with JazzSoul: “We’re people who respect tradition, but we like experimenting with what’s new, fresh and tempting. We’re not afraid to experiment and make sharp turns. I have a few favourite styles – especially those where modern jazz collides with rap and influences from R&B, neo-soul or funk.”
